Pence Craddock Scurry is accredited by the Appraiser’s Association of America and has a Master’s Degree in Fine and Decorative Art from Sotheby’s Institute and Manchester University in London. She has extensive experience in the museum, auction, and appraisal realm. Our appraisals are compliant with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), providing certified appraisals of personal property in accordance with the guidelines created by the Appraisal Foundation and the ethical responsibilities outlined by the Appraiser’s Association of America. Pence is UPSPAP compliant through September 2024.
